Back at Tide & Tee, the private game room keeps the fun going with ping-pong, darts, and even indoor mini-golf, all just steps from the living room. It’s a space designed for a little friendly competition, rainy-day entertainment, and relaxed evenings together. With coastal convenience, comfortable spaces, and thoughtful extras for the whole family, Tide & Tee turns a beach getaway into a vacation everyone can enjoy.

Your Own Golf Cart

A brand-new electric golf cart is included, free to use. Take golf-cart-legal Glenn’s Bay Road straight to the Surfside Pier, miles of beaches, or out for dinner - and *skip paying for parking!

Garage Game Room

A full-size ping pong table, a dart board, and an indoor putting green in a converted-garage hangout. It is where everyone ends up after a day at the beach.

Room for Two Families

Three bedrooms including a kids’ bunk room, a sectional that seats the whole crew, and a fully stocked kitchen - comfortable space without the crammed-in feeling.

INSIDE THE HOME

The main floor

Roughly 1,500 square feet over two floors, with 9-foot ceilings downstairs. The main level has a fully stocked modern kitchen, a large sectional that seats the whole family, a 65-inch Roku TV, dining for eight, and a convenient half-bath.

The game room

A beautifully converted garage becomes your own private game room, complete with a full-size ping-pong table, dartboard, and indoor putting green. Roll up the door, let the coastal breeze in, and see who earns family bragging rights.

Upstairs

The primary suite has a king bed, a private en-suite bath with double vanities, a 40-inch Roku TV, a wardrobe, and a dresser. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, a 40-inch Roku TV, and ample closet space, sharing a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is a kids’ bunk room - the piece that lets two families vacation together comfortably and affordably.
